At Keyway 2000 we don’t believe in customers being uncertain about their I.T support costs, when you call Keyway 2000 with your computer problems we will try to diagnose the fault over the phone at no cost to you, if we are unable to talk you through the problem we will make an appointment to carry out an onsite diagnoses free of charge, once we have diagnosed the fault we will inform you of what costs are involved to get your computers up and running again. If you decide that you would like Keyway 2000 to carry out the work then only after the work is completed to your satisfaction will you be invoiced at the agreed rate, this allows you to both control and keep within your I.T budget.
